How access works
The room has three levels. Access is granted to your email address by a secure link, so forwarding the room URL transfers nothing. Each person authenticates with their own email.
Level 0
You have accessPublic
Open to everyone, no sign-in. The one-pager and the working paper.
Level 1
Access neededDeck & product
Request access with your name, email and firm. Known funds are admitted instantly by a secure email link; other requests are reviewed quickly.
Level 2
Access neededDiligence & legal agreements
The financial model, funding architecture, credit assumptions and the core contracts. These open after we've spoken. Request them from inside the room, or we'll grant access directly.
